What does each plan include?+
1-Day, 1-Month and 1-Year passes are role- and tool-mapped. Each code is bound to one or more portals, has an expiry, and is revoked after the plan ends.
Is every portal restricted?+
Most BlackBull portals are restricted to internal team, legal team or specific roles. A few public information pages allow open access while keeping premium use behind code entry.
Are passcodes stored in plain text?+
No. Codes are kept under secure hashing or encrypted access rules. The website never reveals backend codes openly.
What if my code expired?+
You'll see a 'Code Expired – Request Renewal on WhatsApp' message. Request a new pass using the same WhatsApp flow.
